Do I need to attend in-person events to benefit?

In-person gatherings such as Lunch Circles and Retreats are offered for those ready to deepen their connections face-to-face and experience the true value of the collective.
Where are the events held?
Lunch Circles and Retreats are hosted in locations such as Sotogrande, London, and Marbella, with more destinations being added as our global circles grow.
What is the investment?
Membership is available at £2,200 per year.
Can I become a Legacy Leader Partner?
Legacy Leader Partners are a select group of women leaders, chosen by invitation, who embody the values of the Collective and bring depth, expertise, and community into our circles.
Partners play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our members. They:

✨ Offer thought leadership within the Collective, sharing their expertise across wellness, wealth, leadership, relationships, property, and more.
✨ Open their networks by introducing members to trusted communities of leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators.
✨ Enrich the calendar by bringing new opportunities, collaborations, and experiences into the Collective.
To protect the integrity and intimacy of the Collective, Partnership is by invitation only. Each Partner is carefully selected for her alignment, leadership, and ability to contribute to the whole.
Legacy Leader Partners are more than contributors, they are stewards of the Collective, ensuring that every woman who enters feels expanded, supported, and connected.

Legacy Leader Collective Member Terms

Welcome to the Legacy Leader Collective.
The Legacy Leader Collective (“the Collective”) is operated by LUXE Club Retreats Ltd. and brings together accomplished women through private community, meaningful conversations and curated experiences designed to support how we live, connect and lead.
By joining the Collective, you agree to these Member Terms.
These terms exist to protect the quality, privacy and integrity of the Collective and the people within it.
1. Membership
The Collective offers Individual Membership and Business Membership.
Individual Membership
Individual Membership is personal to the named Member and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.
Member access, benefits, resources and pricing are for the individual Member only.
Business Membership
A Business Membership is held by a business or organisation and includes up to two named representatives from the same organisation.
Each designated representative receives the applicable Member benefits, Member pricing, community access and invitations available under the Business Membership.
Each representative must have their own account and is individually responsible for complying with these Member Terms and our community standards.
Business Membership benefits cannot be shared with other employees, colleagues, clients or representatives who have not been designated under the Membership.
Requests to change a designated representative should be made in writing and are subject to approval by the Collective.
2. Members, Non-Members & Legacy Partners
The Collective brings women together through Membership, selected experiences and strategic partnerships.
Members hold an active Individual or Business Membership and receive the benefits associated with their Membership.
Non-Members may be invited to or purchase access to selected events, gatherings, retreats or experiences where Non-Member participation is offered.
Participation as a Non-Member does not create Membership or provide ongoing access to Member benefits, Member pricing or private Member spaces unless expressly stated.
Legacy Partners are selected strategic partners of the Legacy Leader Collective. They are individuals, businesses or organisations with whom LUXE Club Retreats Ltd. has established a formal collaborative relationship to strengthen the Collective, extend its reach and create additional value for Members.
Legacy Partners may contribute expertise, introductions, opportunities, Member benefits, preferred offers, event participation, experiences or other agreed forms of strategic support.
Legacy Partners do not pay for or automatically receive Membership. Legacy Partner status is separate from Membership and is governed by a separate Legacy Partner Agreement with LUXE Club Retreats Ltd.
The Legacy Partner Agreement may include an agreed referral fee for eligible introductions that result in Memberships, events, retreats or other qualifying purchases, together with the applicable referral, attribution and payment terms.
Where a Legacy Partner wishes to participate in the Collective as a Member, they must hold a separate Individual or Business Membership unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Legacy Partners remain independent businesses or professionals. Nothing in the Legacy Partner relationship creates an employment relationship, agency, legal partnership or joint venture with LUXE Club Retreats Ltd.
3. Membership Fees & Payments
Current Membership fees and payment options are displayed on the applicable joining or renewal page at the time of purchase.
Membership may be offered through annual, monthly or other payment arrangements depending on the Membership selected.
Where instalments are offered for a fixed Membership term, paying by instalments does not convert that Membership into a month-to-month arrangement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment providers.
Events, retreats, private services and other experiences that are not expressly included within Membership will be priced separately.
4. Membership Benefits
Your Membership provides access to the benefits described for your Membership type at the time you join or renew.
Depending on your Membership, these may include:
access to the private Legacy Leader Collective community;
Member gatherings, conversations and selected resources;
Member pricing for selected events and experiences;
priority invitations or early access to selected events, retreats and experiences;
a Wellness 360™ assessment and debrief where included within your Membership;
selected opportunities, introductions or experiences; and
preferred offers or benefits made available through selected Legacy Partners.
Membership benefits, programming and experiences may evolve as the Collective develops.
We may reasonably introduce, replace or adjust individual features, facilitators, platforms, resources or event formats, provided that the overall nature of the Membership is not materially diminished during your paid Membership term.
5. Events, Retreats & Experiences
Some gatherings and experiences may be included within Membership, while others require a separate booking and fee.
Member pricing may be offered on selected paid experiences. Non-Members may attend selected experiences at the applicable Non-Member rate where places are available.
Retreats, events, private services and other separately purchased experiences may have their own booking, payment, cancellation and participation terms. These will be provided at the time of booking and apply in addition to these Member Terms.
We may make reasonable changes to dates, venues, facilitators, speakers, itineraries or formats where circumstances require.
If we cancel a separately paid event or experience and do not provide a suitable alternative, any refund due will be determined by the booking terms applicable to that experience.
6. Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Where a Membership automatically renews, you may cancel the upcoming renewal in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with your Membership.
Your Membership access will continue until the end of your current paid term.
We ask that renewal cancellations be submitted at least 30 days before your renewal date where possible.
Cancelling an automatic renewal does not ordinarily cancel or refund your current Membership term or any outstanding instalments relating to a Membership commitment already entered into.
Events, retreats and separately purchased services may have their own cancellation and refund policies.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.
7. Confidentiality & Community
Trust and discretion are fundamental to the Legacy Leader Collective.
Members agree to respect the privacy of Members, guests and Legacy Partners and to treat personal stories, conversations and information shared within private Collective spaces with appropriate confidentiality.
This includes private community discussions, Member gatherings, events, online conversations and any session or conversation specifically identified as confidential or off-record.
You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish or share another person's personal story, comments, contact details or confidential information without their permission.
Members are encouraged to build genuine relationships, collaborations and opportunities with one another. The Collective should not be used for unsolicited mass promotion, persistent selling, harvesting contact information or behaviour that undermines the trust of the community.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where conduct is abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, seriously disruptive or materially inconsistent with these Member Terms or the integrity of the Collective.
8. Legacy Partners & Third-Party Services
From time to time, the Collective may introduce Members to selected Legacy Partners, professionals, businesses, venues, experiences, products or services that we believe may be relevant to the community.
Some Legacy Partner relationships may involve referral fees, commissions, reciprocal arrangements, preferred rates, sponsorship or other commercial arrangements with LUXE Club Retreats Ltd.
Where reasonably appropriate, material commercial or referral relationships will be disclosed.
Where you choose to purchase a product, service or experience directly from a Legacy Partner or another independent provider, the resulting agreement is between you and that provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
LUXE Club Retreats Ltd. does not guarantee the services, advice, performance or outcomes of independent third-party providers simply because they have been introduced through the Collective.
Members remain responsible for determining whether a third-party product, service or professional is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
Materials created and provided by LUXE Club Retreats Ltd. or the Legacy Leader Collective remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and are provided for your personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Materials contributed by Legacy Partners, guest facilitators or other third parties remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed.
Content, recordings, resources, frameworks and materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished or used commercially without the appropriate owner's prior written permission.
10. Wellness 360™
Where Wellness 360™ is incorporated into the Collective, it is used as a holistic wellness framework through Natalia Edelmann's training and certification with the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP).
Wellness 360™ assessments, debriefs, conversations and resources are intended to support reflection, awareness and personal wellbeing.
They are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice.
11. Personal & Professional Responsibility
The Collective provides community, education, conversation and experiences.
Participation does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business or health outcome.
Members remain responsible for their own choices, decisions and actions.
Where appropriate, you should seek advice from suitably qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological or other regulated professionals.
12. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
By participating in the Collective, you acknowledge that other Members may learn information about you through normal community interaction. Everyone participating in the Collective is expected to respect the privacy of others.
Our current Privacy Policy is available through the LUXE Club Retreats website.
13. Relationship With Our Full Terms & Conditions
These Member Terms apply specifically to Membership and participation in the Legacy Leader Collective.
The Collective is operated by LUXE Club Retreats Ltd. and is also subject to the applicable LUXE Club Retreats Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any specific terms provided when booking an event, retreat, experience or other service.
Where specific booking terms apply to a separately purchased event, retreat or experience, those terms will govern that booking.
14. Changes to These Member Terms
We may update these Member Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Collective, our services, applicable law or the way we operate.
Where a change materially affects an active Member's rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
15. Governing Law
These Member Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on where you live.
16. Contact

Legacy Leader Collective is operated by LUXE Club Retreats Ltd., registered in England and Wales.
